Deliveries are shipped with DHL and request a touch when received. You will receive a ship confirmation from DHL once your rate has been processed with your tracking number. We aim to process and deliver orders placed before 12:00pm ( BST ) Monday-Friday on the same day. Orders after 12:00pm ( BST ) Monday-Thursday are aimed to be processed and dispatched adjacent sidereal day. Orders placed after 12:00pm ( BST ) Friday and on Saturday & Sunday will wholly be processed the following Monday. This may take longer depending on acme seasons. We are ineffective to carry out international deliveries on british Public Holidays .

Christmas Closure

Please note our factory is closed from the 23rd of December – 4th of January. All orders placed within these dates will be shipped week commencing 4th January. We will besides not be able to send successor products during this time period .

Delivery Timescales
Please allow up to 5 working days for rescue during Black Friday Weekend and the Christmas period. If it has been more than 5 working days since you have received your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer services team at [ electronic mail protected ] or call 0208 830 6300. We can not guarantee delivery dates for non-EU shipments as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination area.

Taxes and Duties
All purchases outside of the UK are excluding VAT however due to modern Brexit regulations, deliveries within the EU may now incur import duties. Delivery outside the EU will be subject to customs, legal and regulative restrictions. To comply with local anesthetic legislation, the recipient may be required to pay extra taxes, fees, levies or spell duty on Parks London purchases.
